Si nous ne comprenons pas la cause des anomalies entre le tracé exigé et celui que l'on a, on exige les fichiers PLT et PRN dans lesquelles nous trouvons les indices nécessaires pour modifier la configuration choisie. Avec NORMICA, nous reconnaissons immédiatement les dessins de nos clients. Si nous ne possédons pas le système DAO utilisé par ceux ci, ce qui est souvent le cas, NORMICA est le seul qui permet d'ouvrir les fichiers traceurs. Tout se fait par téléphone. Un client peut, par exemple, demander qu'on «lui trace de cette facon mais c'est simplement impossible».
